1. What textures do you offer in your bundles?
We offer Straight, Body Wave, Loose Wave, Deep Wave, Curly, and more. Check our Texture Guide for detailed descriptions and images.

2. Are your bundles true to length?
Yes, all our bundles are measured when stretched, ensuring you receive the full advertised length.

3. How many bundles do I need for a full head?
We recommend:

  • 12-16 inches: 2-3 bundles

  • 18-24 inches: 3-4 bundles

  • 26 inches and longer: 4+ bundles

HD Lace Wigs

1. What makes HD lace different?
HD lace is thinner and blends seamlessly with all skin tones, providing a natural hairline that’s virtually undetectable.

2. Do you offer different sizes for closures and frontals?
Yes! Our closures and frontals are available in the following sizes: 2x6, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, 13x4, and 13x6.

3. Are the wigs pre-plucked?
Yes, all our HD lace wigs are pre-plucked with a natural hairline for easy installation.

Care & Maintenance

1. How should I care for my bundles or wigs?

  • Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

  • Avoid heavy oils or products that can weigh the hair down.

  • Store wigs on a mannequin head or silk bag to maintain their shape.

2. Can I dye the hair?
Yes, our hair is 100% raw and can be dyed or bleached up to #613 & #60 . We recommend consulting a professional stylist for the best results.

3. How do I melt the lace for a flawless install?
We recommend using our Install Kits, which include lace glue, lace tint, melting spray, and more. Follow our step-by-step guide included with your kit.

Shipping & Returns

1. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and times vary based on location.

3. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Ordering & Payments

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, processing begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
